Various external forces and stress has the ability to cause damage into our life. Mental problems is one example. In extreme cases, schizophrenia. Not only our mind reacts but also our body which can cause high blood pressure and heart attacks. This is because stress can make you feel, worried, anxious and afraid. Stress acts as a pressure chamber. When a person fails to acknowledge stress and do not do something about it, the more harm it can cause.

If a person is stressed, he or she is most likely to suffer a stress attack. It is a feeling like there is someone standing on their chest followed by shortness of breath when their stress episodes occur. Person suffering from this will most likely caved into the demands of their external environment. Handle stress is different from person to person but most people handle it by expressing their emotions and true feelings. 
If you are often stressed in an high level, this can give great impact in your ability to function and perform on a daily basis. Scientific studies show that damage brain neurons are results of stress because stress short circuits out brain. Challenges in our life can be hard to face when especially if you are working in a stressful home or environment. This is the time that people take medication to offset demands of the workplace and perhaps, running a family.

When a person is stressed, there will coma time that it will become extremely hard to sleep. Workout and eating habits are affected too. This is because Stress starts to dominate the cells in your body. But if a person will take time to really understand stress, it should be something that we can turn into a major asset. This mechanism can helps us to rise up to meet challenges instead of the challenges overwhelming us. 

Unpleasant situations are a breeding ground for stress. It is stress that prevents our brain to perform into a normal level. We must understand that we live in a world that has to evolve. This world that we are in need to evolve and for that to happen, we must be measured by our potential to grow and meet other challenges. Stress then take its part in here. Stress forms like a rubber band that exercises and challenges thought patterns. This patterns must coincide within us so that we can always go back to out first image which is being free. From here we can start to be effective again and finally be victorious in our life.
