Stress Relief Relaxation: Knowing Stress

In our life, there many incident that affects us. Living in a changing world, where anything can happen in a snap, there are times that we cannot avoid these things from happening.






Whether it is unexpected or not, stress happens because of the different outside forces, and thus hinders our ability to deal with these issues in a positive way. Each of us has its own way of responding to stress. Our instinct tells us to survive that is why a certain response arises.

Responses to stress varies too. It can be a positive response, we may react to it negatively or even consider it as a neutral experience. Factors that affects our stress levels can be internal, external or both. There are many internal and external factors to point it out. Examples of internal factors can be your health, illness, being overweight, fitness levels, emotional and mental growth and nutrition. Even the amount of sleep and rest that you get are also considered as internal factors. External factors on the other hand might be what is happening in your home, office and relationships. Things that are also happening in our lives on a daily basis like traffic jams, just another busy and hectic day and many more, something that pressures us are external factors too.
But despite all of these things about stress, all the negativity of it, we must not also take for granted that there are certain good points too when it comes to experiencing stress. We humans are the most adaptive species this is merely because of the evolution of the human brain. The point is, this ability of ours to survive and adapt into our environment is because of the changes, activities and stressors that not only mastered by our brain but of our body as well. Stress can be our own defense mechanism for it teaches us to survive more.
