What is the main effect of stress? As we all know, it lowers the normal functioning of our body's immune system. The result will be, our body will become more vulnerable to several other illnesses and conditions. For most people who is always stressed out, he most common symptom of stress is recurring headaches which is also known as stress headaches.

Stress is the term we used to describe the human body's failure to respond appropriately to emotional or physical threats.

Through constant practice, we can learn how to tap into our lung's full potential. Sending better oxygen content to all the cells of the body can bring dramatic changes in general health and mood.

What one should do is to schedule the deep breathing exercise. Like other important aspect in our life, this should also given enough time. Set aside a minimum of two 10 minute segments of time everyday although you can begin with two five minutes segments if you prefer. This way, you will be honoring yourself enough to schedule time with yourself.
