3 Magic Daydreaming Revealed!

   The practice was first coined by Emil Coucel, during 1882 to 1910 working as an apothecary at Troyes, a French psychologist and pharmacist who introduced a method of psychotherapy and self-improvement based on optimistic autosuggestion (Daydreaming).

His mantra was
"all of your thoughts become reality – you are what you think your are."



   He became known for reassuring his clients by praising each remedy's efficiency and leaving a small positive notice with each given medication.
42 years later, this practice was applied to cancer patient treatment which was pioneered by Stepahanie Mathews and O. Carl Simonton. Dr. O. Carl Simonton (1942-2009) build Simonton Center , the first cancer counseling program to recognize the role and importance of family and personal support and to include them in the treatment plan.

   After almost 40 years of operation, the Simonton Cancer Center has helped tens of thousands of patients and their families, and still attracts national and worldwide attention.

   To allow your subconscious mind manifest the outcome you want , you must put a bridge between your subconscious and conscious mind. One way is to use daydreaming technique and there are five rules you need to undergo before performing the daydreaming.

Five rules to follow to performing the 3 magic daydreaming techniques.

1. Loosen all clothing , lie in a clean quite place, allow to close your eye slow.

2. Feel your body, locate the exact spot of the muscles that produces tension, as much as you can you need yo relax this.

3. After you have loosen all the tension on cause by your muscles or clothing. Involve all of your senses: sight, hearing, smell, touch and taste. Imagine the site of virgin beach with white sand underfoot, white crisp cloud and blue sky. Then add some sounds: wind breeze from the shore, wave splashing, chirping of the flying birds. Feel the ground: the sand thru your foot.

4. Use affirmations. Repeating short positive statements that affirm your body to relax quickly. Avoid negative use of affirmation such as “I am not tense”, instead use positive affirmation tenses like “I am letting go of tension”. Some other positive affirmations you can use are:


Every Cell in my body vibrates with energy and health

My body heals quickly and easily

I know that I deserve Love and accept it now

I attract only healthy relationships

When I believe in myself, so do others

Life is a joy filled with delightful surprises

I am harmony with life.

Peace is within me

I can relax at will

Tension flow from my body.


5.    Use this technique for three times a day. It is best to practice this method during morning and night while you are in bed. After some practice, you will able to daydreaming while waiting in the doctor’s office or any activity which you are at idle.

   Make sure you use those rules before performing the 3 daydreaming techniques. 


   Everybody daydreams but so far it is unknown to most of us that it is useful mind trick to relieved stress. You can harness and employ it for enhancing your life thru taping the power of the mind to relax and ignore stress.

   There are 3 effective daydreaming techniques and its up to you which to pick. I suggest you do it all and select at random. Here are the list:


Receptive Daydreaming

   Here you empty your mind, sketch a blurred picture, relaxing with a complete surrender. You might ask ask, “Why cant I relax?” the answer might surface unto to your consciousness , “because you cant say no to people”.

Program Daydreaming

A female runner used this and set a record for her age group. What she did was, created an image, full with clear sight, taste, sound and smell.

Guided daydreaming

In this technique, devised by the psychoanalyst Leuner, the patient it taught to visualize a standard series of scenes such as a meadow, a mountain, a house, and a swamp. Later, the patient's imaginings are examined for sources of conflict, irrational beliefs, and interpersonal problems. The complete script can be found here.



  You can practice this visualization/daydreaming relaxation as often as you wish, to provide a mental vacation whenever you need it.

  Visualization/daydreaming relaxation is a skill that can be learned; the more you practice, the more skilled you will become and more effectively you will be able to relax using visualization/daydreaming.

P.S.
  The effectiveness of day dreaming is applied to stress related and physical illness including muscle spasm to situation-specific anxiety. The relief of symptoms can be immediate or take several weeks of practice. The more correct practice you make the faster it is.
